cos per a tota la vida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop va finalitzar el Circus Bitacolis, amb l&#8217;alumnat de 3r d&#8217;ESO ens hem centrat en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la salut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;Un cos per a tota la vida&#8221;<\/em> \u00e9s un projecte complex, per\u00f2 de moment hem prioritzat el treball de la resist\u00e8ncia, hem apr\u00e8s les qualitats f\u00edsiques b\u00e0siques i els beneficis que comporta el seu entrenament i ens hem centrat en l&#8217;entrenament de la for\u00e7a a trav\u00e9s de rutines GAC (Glutis, Abdominals i Cames).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A banda, l&#8217;alumnat est\u00e0 duent a terme els escalfament del #Bit\u00e0colaesmou que van dissenyar el 1r trimestre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tornar de vacances seguirem aprenent aspectes vinculats a la salut corporal, a la pressi\u00f3 est\u00e8tica i als primers auxilis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentrestant, seria interessant continuar entrenant i movent-nos durant aquestes vacances perqu\u00e8 tenim un cos&#8230; per a tota la vida.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
