Des de l&#8217;Espai en xarxa &#8220;Jo no llen\u00e7o&#8221; hem comen\u00e7at amb un taller que ha realitzat Gaby Susanna, directora de la Plataforma Aprofitem els aliments -qui ens fa el nostre enc\u00e0rrec-, sobre el malbaratament alimentari. Ens ha mostrat una fotografia general d&#8217;un problema global que ens afecta tant amb dades que realment esgarrifen. Ens ha servit per comen\u00e7ar a agafar idees per dur a terme la nostra campanya de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 a les llars i al centre i a aplicar bones pr\u00e0ctiques que ens permetin reduir el que llencem i reaprofitar els aliments.<\/p>\n<p>Hem conegut tamb\u00e9 en quins moments es produeix el malbaratament i finalment hem acabat amb un joc de rol en qu\u00e8 hem adoptat els diferents papers dels responsables del problema comen\u00e7ant pels productors i acabant amb els consumidors finals.
