La companyia Patr\u00f3n ha estat pionera en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de tequila i t\u00e9 la seva seu principal a la regi\u00f3 de Jalisco a M\u00e8xic. Caldria destacar que el clima i el s\u00f2l del territori s\u00f3n factors realment condicionants en la confecci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest conegut producte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant aquesta visita vam gaudir d\u2019un tast confeccionat per tres dels tequiles de la casa Patr\u00f3n: \u201cPatr\u00f3n Silver\u201d, \u201cPatr\u00f3n Reposado\u201d i \u201cPatr\u00f3n A\u00f1ejo\u201d.\u00a0 Cada un amb els seus propis trets caracter\u00edstics i diferenciadors: el color, l\u2019aroma, la graduaci\u00f3 alcoh\u00f2lica i l\u2019envelliment en bota de roure\u2026 Cal explicar que la casa Patr\u00f3n elabora els seus productes amb un 100% d\u2019agave en la seva composici\u00f3 i la seva confecci\u00f3 \u00e9s a partir de processos lents i bondadosos, per tant, acaba obtenint un producte de molta qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per acabar, l\u2019\u00c1lvaro Jabalera, alumne de\u00a01r de serveis de restauraci\u00f3 i cuina\u00a0ens va preparar un \u201cMargarida\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u201cc\u00f2ctel Margarida\u201d porta tequila, triple sec i suc de llimona.
