Dels nou participants, l\u2019escollit representaria a Catalunya en el campionat estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00c1lvaro va d\u2019elaborar juntament amb el seu professor un c\u00f2ctel sense alcohol i un altre amb alcohol. A la primera fase va presentar una mescla de xarop de pl\u00e0tan i pur\u00e9 de kiwi Monin, tot aix\u00f2 complementat amb escuma de suc de taronja. M\u00e9s endavant va fer un elaborat a base de bitter dol\u00e7 Monin, Ginebra Tanqueray i vermut vermell Mir\u00f3.
