La venda de proximitat \u00e9s un distintiu creat pel Departament d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia i Pesca de la Generalitat que acredita i identifica els productes procedents de les explotacions catalanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta acreditaci\u00f3 va ser aprovada pel govern l\u2019any 2013 amb la intenci\u00f3 de potenciar la venda, ajudar a maximitzar els esfor\u00e7os de foment i la promoci\u00f3 de productes de temporada, millorar la sensibilitat envers l\u2019entorn, reduir la petjada de carboni i conservar el paisatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns dels consells que vam rebre, sobre l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 dels productes pel nostre restaurant, s\u00f3n: optar pels productes de temporada (saludables, frescos, de bon cuinar i amb m\u00e9s sabor), ser capa\u00e7os, com a professionals del sector, de determinar la qualitat d\u2019un producte i garantir que el nostre personal estigui ben format per explicar al detall tot all\u00f2 que serveix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 va finalitzar amb una copa de vi blanc, moment que Jaume Bertran va aprofitar per donar-nos algunes pinzellades sobre el color, el gust i la informaci\u00f3 que trobem en els seus vins de proximitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agra\u00efm molt la seva visita i volem dir que hem quedat molt satisfets dels aprenentatges adquirits aquest dia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 12 de desembre, els\u00a0alumnes de cicle de grau mitj\u00e0 en cuina i serveis de restauraci\u00f3\u00a0i tamb\u00e9 els\u00a0de superior de direcci\u00f3 de cuina, vam tenir el plaer de rebre la\u00a0visita de Jaume Bertran.
