preparaci\u00f3 i conservaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elaboracions culin\u00e0ries senzilles, aix\u00ed com les operacions de preparaci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments i begudes en establiments de restauraci\u00f3, assistint en els processos de servei i atenci\u00f3 al client. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenen una durada total de 1.000 hores, un curs acad\u00e8mic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del curs 2024-2025 aquest perfil s&#8217;actualitza al nou PFI HT06 Auxiliar de Serveis de Restauraci\u00f3 i Cuina, que inclou 200 hores d&#8217;estada formativa a l&#8217;empresa i els m\u00f2duls professionals: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00e8cniques Elementals de Servei <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processos B\u00e0sics de Preparaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Aliments i Begudes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00e8cniques Elementals de Preelaboraci\u00f3 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elaboracions Culin\u00e0ries B\u00e0siques <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formaci\u00f3 B\u00e0sica en Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos b\u00e0siques de restaurant i bar <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acc\u00e9s <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poden accedir a aquest programa de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI) els joves no ocupats que compleixin com a m\u00ednim 16 anys i com a m\u00e0xim 21 en l&#8217;any d&#8217;inici del programa i que no hagin obtingut el graduat en ESO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e0mits <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per cursar un programa de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI) del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 (PTT, FIAP i PIP en institut) cal fer la preinscripci\u00f3 i matr\u00edcula segons les directrius d&#8217;aquest Departament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trobareu m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 <strong><a class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La superaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest programa de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI) comporta el seg\u00fcent: <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat acad\u00e8mic i professional, que cont\u00e9 la qualificaci\u00f3 final obtinguda en el PFI i acredita les compet\u00e8ncies professionals assolides. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat del Curs d\u2019acc\u00e9s als cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 (CAM), si el PFI s\u2019ha cursat en un centre autoritzat a impartir aquest curs d&#8217;acc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acc\u00e9s als cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0, d\u2019acord amb la Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/2638\/2020, de 26 d&#8217;octubre. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconeixement dels m\u00f2duls professionals superats en el PFI per a l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 del t\u00edtol professional b\u00e0sic associat al perfil. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat de professionalitat que emet
