Per\u00f2 <strong>com podem treballar aquestes situacions per qu\u00e8 els nervis no se\u2019ns apoderi de nosaltres en aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbaixamar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu374\/2020\/12\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-12-01-a-les-8.23.52.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6019\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbaixamar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu374\/2020\/12\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-12-01-a-les-8.23.52.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" height=\"499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbaixamar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu374\/2020\/12\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-12-01-a-les-8.23.52.png 776w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbaixamar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu374\/2020\/12\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-12-01-a-les-8.23.52-300x247.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbaixamar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu374\/2020\/12\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-12-01-a-les-8.23.52-768x632.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 606px) 100vw, 606px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Podem seguir algunes d\u2019aquestes pautes per mantenir el control i treure un major rendiment durant els ex\u00e0mens : \u00a01) \u00e9s fonamental mantenir h\u00e0bits saludables, com ara no alterar les hores de son, que han de ser entre 7 i 8 hores; \u00a02) mantenir una dieta sana i incrementar aliments que ens aportin energia, 3) i evitar el consum de caf\u00e8 o te per controlar el sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, tamb\u00e9 es poden fer exercicis \u00a0de relaxaci\u00f3 per controlar la respiraci\u00f3 abdominal; deixar de banda el pensament negatiu (com ara les frases &#8220;no serveixo&#8221;; &#8220;no puc&#8221;; &#8220;no aprovar\u00e9&#8221;), i \u00a0tamb\u00e9 <strong>cal tenir en compte una bona combinaci\u00f3 de les hores d\u2019estudi amb les d\u2019oci. <\/strong>En\u00a0aquest sentit, \u00e9s important estimular el nostre cos amb activitats f\u00edsiques, \u00e9s a dir realitzar algun tipus d\u2019esport, perqu\u00e8, malgrat que no ho pugui semblar, despr\u00e9s de fer-ne, estudiarem millor.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, \u00e9s molt important fer una bona preparaci\u00f3 de cara a les proves, \u00e9s a dir organitzar-se l\u2019estudi amb antelaci\u00f3, no deixar-ho tot per al darrer dia, perqu\u00e8, si ho fem, nom\u00e9s aconseguirem tenir inseguretat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquests consells seran de gran ajuda per reduir el nivell d\u2019 estr\u00e8s i l\u2019ansietat en l\u2019\u00e8poca\u00a0 dels ex\u00e0mens<\/strong>.
