Amb aquests exercicis, es cremen hidrats de carboni i greixos, com explica el professor d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica Fede Esteban.<\/p>\n<p>En canvi, quan fem activitats anaer\u00f2biques no t\u00e9 tanta import\u00e0ncia la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019oxigen, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n d&#8217;intensitat alta per\u00f2 de poca durada.<\/p>\n<p>Els esports anaer\u00f2bics consisteixen a fer exercicis molt potents en un curt termini, en comparaci\u00f3 amb els <strong>aer\u00f2bics, que s\u00f3n: c\u00f3rrer, nedar, anar amb bicicleta i fins i tot caminar quil\u00f2metres i amb intensitat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LA IMPORT\u00c0NCIA DE FER ESPORT\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fer esport o activitat \u00e9s un h\u00e0bit important que hem de fer a la nostra vida, perqu\u00e8 els experts asseguren que fer exercici f\u00edsic ens beneficia mentalment i ajuda a\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">conservar la nostra salut: <strong>millora la mem\u00f2ria, la imatge corporal i podem aconseguir tenir una sensaci\u00f3 de benestar amb nosaltres mateixos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Segons la meva opini\u00f3, el problema \u00e9s que cada vegada la gent practica menys esport i, com que tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;alimenta malament, creix l&#8217;obesitat. \u00c9s a dir que la gent menja i no fa exercici i aix\u00f2 provoca que un desequilibri entre el que ingerim i el que cremem. Ara b\u00e9, encara hi ha m\u00e9s.
