Als meus germans sempre els ha agradat els menjars propis del nostre pa\u00eds, per\u00f2 a mi, sincerament, prefereixo un altre tipus de menjar. Ho confesso: m&#8217;encanten les pizzes i la pasta italiana. Per sort, la meva mare m&#8217;ent\u00e9n, i em cuina els plats de la cuina italiana de tant en tant. Malgrat aix\u00f2, soc bon fill, i em menjo el que la meva mare prepari a casa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Per continuar, els plats preferits de la meva mare s\u00f3n el tajin (guisat de xai o de peix amb tom\u00e0quet i patates al forn) i\u00a0el cusc\u00fas, que es fa els divendres perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s costum fer-ho aquest dia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Altres plats t\u00edpics de la cuina magrebina s\u00f3n el pollastre farcit, que ma mare tamb\u00e9 broda.
