El perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s la pressi\u00f3 publicit\u00e0ria \u00a0de la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, segons va sostenir Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"IMG_2927\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/327037933?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Per continuar, Fern\u00e1ndez va afirmar que a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;esmorzar qualsevol aliment, sempre que sigui saludable, va b\u00e9. Dit amb altres paraules, &#8220;si volem menjar una amanida verda, va perfecte&#8221;. I qui diu una amanida, diu un hummus o unes verdures. El cas \u00e9s que els cereals industrials no s\u00f3n ni de bon tros un esmorzar ideal, perqu\u00e8 contenen alts continguts en sucre [vegeu a baix les fotografies].
