I aix\u00f2 sempre s\u2019ha de distribuir al llarg del dia, no nom\u00e9s a l\u2019hora d&#8217;esmorzar. Tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que ens explica la professora Maria Rosa Garicano, a qui fem m\u00e9s preguntes per saber com ens hem d&#8217;alimentar perqu\u00e8 rendim a l&#8217;institut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s dolent venir a l\u2019institut sense haver menjat res?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s que dolent, no \u00e9s convenient venir sense haver pres res. Hem de tenir\u00a0en compte que han passat moltes hores des que heu sopat a la nit, i fins i tot, alguns veniu sense haver sopat.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que el nostre cos t\u00e9 reserves, \u00e9s necessari tenir tots els nutrients per rendir millor durant les hores de classe.<\/p>\n<p>Sempre \u00e9s millor sortir de casa havent esmorzat b\u00e9 i reposar, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed quan arribeu a l\u2019institut, el cos ja t\u00e9 prou mat\u00e8ria per atendre millor, rendir al m\u00e0xim, i, en resum, estar b\u00e9 amb vosaltres mateixos. D\u2019aquesta manera vosaltres l&#8217;organisme \u00a0funciona millor, perqu\u00e8 el cos no ha d\u2019utilitzar les reserves que emmagatzema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 ens recomanes per menjar a l\u2019hora del pati?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dep\u00e8n del que h\u00e0giu esmorzat a casa. Si, per exemple, feu un esmorzar a casa prou important, <strong>a l\u2019hora del pati amb una mica de fruita possiblement en tindr\u00edeu prou<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 com que majorit\u00e0riament no esmorzeu a casa com cal, llavors <strong>\u00e9s millor un entrep\u00e0 i una fruita<\/strong>. Heu de tenir en compte que aix\u00f2 no ha d\u2019anar acompanyat de patates fregides ni sucs. En tot cas, si voleu prendre un suc, seria millor que fos natural. Tot i aix\u00ed, <strong>una pe\u00e7a de fruita \u00e9s la millor opci\u00f3 per acompanyar l\u2019entrep\u00e0, ja que ens aporta vitamines, aigua i fibra, que \u00e9s molt necess\u00e0ria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, <strong>tampoc no \u00e9s recomanable que esmorzeu cada dia brioixeria o snacks<\/strong>.
