{"id":6519,"date":"2021-03-10T14:47:27","date_gmt":"2021-03-10T13:47:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbadiaimargarit\/?p=6519"},"modified":"2021-03-10T14:47:27","modified_gmt":"2021-03-10T13:47:27","slug":"alimentacio-i-salut-a-ef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insbadiaimargarit\/general\/alimentacio-i-salut-a-ef\/","title":{"rendered":"Alimentaci\u00f3 i Salut a EF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des de l&#8217;assignatura d&#8217;EF estem aprenent tot el proc\u00e9s per cuinar receptes saludables i sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer una recepta saludable i sostenible hem de tenir en compte si es bo o \u00e9s dolent per la nostra salut, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 el tipus de comer\u00e7 en el que comprem, els envasos i la sostenibilitat dels productes que comprem, la proximitat del producte i tamb\u00e9 utilitzar les quantitats adequades de cada producte per obtenir un bon plat!<\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 ho hem desenvolupat en una p\u00e0gina web on hi podem trobar totes les receptes, el proc\u00e9s, i el resultat final. Al final de l\u2019article hi teniu els enlla\u00e7os d\u2019algunes webs d\u2019exemple.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot el que hem de fer \u00e9s buscar una recepta i veure si \u00e9s bona o dolenta per la salut. Per saber-ho ens basem en els criteris de saludabilitat de Carlos Rios i Juan Llorca.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu uns enlla\u00e7os a les seves p\u00e0gines:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/juanllorca.com\/\">Juan Llorca<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/realfooding.com\/\">Carlos Rios<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s hem de buscar el lloc de compra, hem de tenir en compte si els productes s\u00f3n de proximitat, si al vendre et posen molt pl\u00e0stic, si \u00e9s natural\u2026 Tamb\u00e9 intentar anar al petit comer\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Quan ja sabem on anar, fem una llista de la compra on apuntem quantitats i les anotem (per aix\u00f2 hem de saber per a quantes persones cuinem.)<\/p>\n<p>Ara toca anar a comprar, veiem els productes i preguntem sobre ells: d&#8217;on venen, si s\u00f3n de temporada, si per una recepta espec\u00edfica em va millor un tipus d&#8217;aliment que un altre\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seguidament arribem a casa, agafem tots els ingredients i a cuinar!<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de cuinar posem la taula i a gaudir!!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tot aquest proc\u00e9s ens serveix d&#8217;aprenentatge perqu\u00e8 ens n\u2019adonem de si som aut\u00f2noms a l&#8217;hora de cuinar, aprenem a tenir m\u00e9s en compte la salut, veiem l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 dels nostres pares d&#8217;anar a comprar, decidir que comprar, cuinar, recollir i netejar\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu un v\u00eddeo d\u2019exemple del proc\u00e9s de cuina d\u2019un dels plats, per\u00f2 en les p\u00e0gines web podeu veure els v\u00eddeos i fotos que recullen tots els processos de cuinat, el proc\u00e9s de compra, decisi\u00f3 i elaboraci\u00f3\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Esperem que us agradin!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Jessica I Nora Alimentacio\u0301\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VCfieKaIeEA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
