Posar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s en aigua freda al foc. Quan arrenqui a bullir treure del foc i escorre-ho.<\/div>\n<div>2. En un altre cass\u00f3 posar la llet, el sucre, la pela de la llimona i la branca de canyella.<\/div>\n<div>3. Remenar fins que comenci a bullir.<\/div>\n<div>4. Tirar-hi l&#8217;arr\u00f2s pr\u00e8viament escorregut i deixar coure 22-24 minuts a foc lent.<\/div>\n<div>5. Deixar refredar.<\/div>\n<div>6. Posar-hi canyella en pols a sobre.<\/div>\n<div>7.
