\"thefonix2016\"<\/a>On the 7th of February of 2017, some students\u00a0-first and second of ESO-\u00a0at Badia i Margarit High School,\u00a0took the Fonix\u00a0semifinal exam. And for those who don\u2019t know what FONIX is… it is an English competition where you do the semifinal\u00a0at your school (this is optional but Judit is very Judit and she made us do it!), and the winner goes to Barcelona to do the final exam there. The exam wasn\u2019t really hard, but the students were so nervous, because all of them wanted to win, that is, to be the best.<\/span><\/p>\n

This school-year, the winners at school were us two:\u00a0Milena from first of ESO, and Imane from second of ESO. We both did great at the semifinal and got 48’5 points out of 50.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the 25th of February\u00a0we went to Barcelona together\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0 first final, that took place\u00a0at the National Institute of Physical Education. The place was really big, and there were a lot of participants. The exams started at 12:00 am, and finished at 12:50am. <\/span><\/p>\n

The experience was really good and exciting, although we were a bit nervous.<\/span><\/p>\n

If one day you have the\u00a0chance to do it, we really recommend it\u00a0to you, because you learn new things, and it prepares you for the next harder exams that you will have to do in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want to thank our teachers that give us the opportunity to participate, and we also want to\u00a0thank our mums for being taxi-drivers and our big supporters!<\/p>\n

We are waiting for the results and getting ready for The Big Challenge, an English contest that everybody has to take at Badia i Margarit!<\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n

El dia 7 de febrer del 2017, alguns alumnes de primer i segon d\u2019ESO de l’institut Badia i Margarit vam\u00a0fer la semifinal de la prova\u00a0 de The Fonix, que \u00e9s un concurs en el qual passes per una prova d\u2019angl\u00e8s\u00a0i un representat per cada nivell i centre va a fer la final a Barcelona. La prova no\u00a0era molt dif\u00edcil per\u00f2 tots est\u00e0vem molt nerviosos perqu\u00e8 tots vol\u00edem anar a la final. La fase local, la de centre, no \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria fer-la, per\u00f2 la Judit ens la fa fer perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed ens entrenem per la vida dura d’estudiants. <\/span><\/p>\n

Aquest any les classificades hem\u00a0estat nosaltres dues:\u00a0la Milena de primer d\u2019ESO i la Imane de segon i a la fase de centre vam aconseguir molt bons resultats:\u00a0 48 punts i mig, de 50 possibles.<\/span><\/p>\n

El dissabte 25 de febrer, vam anar a Barcelona\u00a0a fer la final\u00a0territorial. La prova es va realitzar a l\u2019 Institut Nacional d’Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica de Catalunya. Era un lloc molt gran, i hi havia molts participants.\u00a0\u00c9s el que m\u00e9s ens va sobtar i vam veure que la Judit tenia ra\u00f3!\u00a0Els ex\u00e0mens van\u00a0comen\u00e7ar a les 12:00 del migdia, i\u00a0van a les 12:50h.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’experi\u00e8ncia ha estat molt positiva\u00a0i diferent per\u00f2\u00a0hem passat una mica de\u00a0nervis. <\/span><\/p>\n

Si algun dia teniu l’oportunitat d’anar-hi, us\u00a0ho recomanem perqu\u00e8 a banda d’angl\u00e8s, aprens moltes coses diferents, et fa estar atent a no descuidar-te els documents, i tamb\u00e9 et prepara per les proves m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils <\/span>que\u00a0haur\u00e0s fer en el futur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volem donar les gr\u00e0cies als professors per fer-nos participar i animar-nos i ajudar-nos tant; i a les nostres mares que ens van fer de taxistes i s\u00f3n les nostres m\u00e0ximes fans!<\/p>\n

Estem esperant els resultats i ja estem posats de ple en preparar The Big Challenge, un altre concurs d’angl\u00e8s, tot i que for\u00e7a diferent al Fonix, i que a l’institut Badia i Margarit fa tothom! <\/span><\/p>\n
