{"id":783,"date":"2023-10-28T12:47:31","date_gmt":"2023-10-28T10:47:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insalfonscostafreda\/?page_id=783"},"modified":"2026-02-04T08:53:05","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T07:53:05","slug":"proa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insalfonscostafreda\/projectes\/inclusio-cohesio-social\/proa\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa PROA+"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-870 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insalfonscostafreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2359\/dep-lin-pmoe-proa-1024x686.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"298\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insalfonscostafreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2359\/dep-lin-pmoe-proa-1024x686.png 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insalfonscostafreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2359\/dep-lin-pmoe-proa-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 298px) 100vw, 298px\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"entradeta__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"basic_text_peq col-xs-12\">\n<div class=\"pd-15x link-dotted\" data-crawling=\"principal-body\">\n<p>El Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/2694\/2021, de 30 d&#8217;agost, regula el Pla de millora d&#8217;oportunitats educatives (PMOE) per al curs 2021-2022, en el marc de les mesures adoptades pel Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 per pal\u00b7liar els efectes desfavorables per la covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, el Ministeri d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional ha aprovat el Programa de cooperaci\u00f3 territorial per a l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, l&#8217;aven\u00e7 i l&#8217;enriquiment educatiu PROA+, en el marc del component 21 &#8220;Modernitzaci\u00f3 i digitalitzaci\u00f3 del sistema educatiu, inclosa l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 primerenca de 0-3 anys&#8221;, amb car\u00e0cter plurianual, 2021-2024.<\/p>\n<p>Atesa la coincid\u00e8ncia entre el PMOE i el PROA + (2021-2024) en relaci\u00f3 amb els seus objectius, destinataris i cat\u00e0leg d&#8217;actuacions, es considera adient integrar el Programa del Ministeri d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional PROA+ en el PMOE.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla t\u00e9 com a destinatari l&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil, prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria i formaci\u00f3 professional de grau b\u00e0sic, dels centres del Servei d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya amb m\u00e9s complexitat educativa derivada de les condicions socioecon\u00f2miques desafavorides de l&#8217;alumnat, d&#8217;acord amb el darrer estudi de complexitat del Consell Superior d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 del Sistema Educatiu elaborat l&#8217;any 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blocs-res\" data-crawling=\"blocks\">\n<div class=\"blocs\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<h2 class=\"basic_title col-sm-12 pd-10\">Objectius generals<\/h2>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 columna_esquerra\">\n<div class=\"cos_bloc basic_text_peq pd-15 link-dotted\">\n<ul>\n<li>Contribuir a la millora de l&#8217;equitat en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a oportunitats educatives i a l&#8217;\u00e8xit escolar de tot l&#8217;alumnat amb l&#8217;enfortiment dels centres educatius p\u00fablics de m\u00e9s complexitat educativa del Servei d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya per tal que disposin dels recursos necessaris per compensar les necessitats i desigualtats educatives de l&#8217;alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Integrar el Programa de cooperaci\u00f3 territorial per a l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, l&#8217;aven\u00e7 i l&#8217;enriquiment educatiu PROA+ en el Pla de millora d&#8217;oportunitats educatives PMOE.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu i millorar l&#8217;enfocament inclusiu.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 educativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blocs\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<h2 class=\"basic_title col-sm-12 pd-10\">Objectius espec\u00edfics<\/h2>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 columna_esquerra\">\n<div class=\"cos_bloc basic_text_peq pd-15 link-dotted\">\n<ul>\n<li>En relaci\u00f3 als centres que participen en el PMOE &#8211; PROA+\n<ul>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;equitat educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament dels centres educatius promovent un enfocament inclusiu que erradiqui situacions de segregaci\u00f3 interna al centre.<\/li>\n<li>Garantir la continu\u00eftat i el progr\u00e9s educatiu de l&#8217;alumnat, amb especial atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;acompanyament, la motivaci\u00f3 i el suport individual a l&#8217;alumnat, especialment de l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure i mantenir expectatives positives del professorat sobre tot l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Treballar per la millora del benestar emocional.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar i impulsar la implicaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 entre les fam\u00edlies i els centres educatius.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar les oportunitats educatives m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;escola en relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar la participaci\u00f3 en el PROA+ del Ministeri d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional integrat en el PMOE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>En relaci\u00f3 amb la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 educativa a trav\u00e9s dels Plans educatius d&#8217;entorn\n<ul>\n<li>Potenciar les oportunitats educatives m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;horari lectiu i a temps complet (\u00e0mbit formal i no formal).<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 amb el refor\u00e7ament de l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0mbit comunitari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>En relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu\n<ul>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar el Projecte de promoci\u00f3 escolar del poble gitano de Catalunya.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar el suport a l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blocs\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<h2 class=\"basic_title col-sm-12 pd-10\">\u00c0mbits d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3<\/h2>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 columna_esquerra\">\n<div class=\"cos_bloc basic_text_peq pd-15 link-dotted\">\n<p>\u00c0mbit 1.
