Un dels plats era xips d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia i l&#8217;altre era una crema de carabassa. Ens vam organitzar per grups i despr\u00e9s cada un va comen\u00e7ar a fer les dues receptes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primer ens vam dividir la feina i, tot seguit, algunes persones van comen\u00e7ar a fer, o b\u00e9 la crema de carabassa, o b\u00e9 les xips d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia. Quan vam tenir tots els ingredients pelats i tallats, l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia la vam haver d\u2019arrebossar amb farina i la vam fregir. La ceba, la patata i la carabassa, despr\u00e9s de sofregir-les, les vam bullir. Finalment, vam triturar-ho tot.<br \/>\nA l\u2019hora de tastar la crema, alguns li van posar formatge ratllat per sobre o pernil salat.
