Les classes han passat a ser una cuina-laboratori on tots els alumnes fan recerca sobre els ingredients que posarem a les receptes i analitzant-los. Han proposat experiments per classificar les subst\u00e0ncies segons el seu estat, han fet c\u00e0lculs de densitat, han observat mescles i subst\u00e0ncies pures i han posat en pr\u00e0ctica les t\u00e8cniques de separaci\u00f3 de les mescles. Tamb\u00e9 han temperat la xocolata i han ent\u00e8s perqu\u00e8 no totes les xocolates s\u00f3n iguals de bones: la soluci\u00f3 la trobem a la mantega de cacau&#8230; I seguim.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Anem treballant per poder elaborar el producte final a finals de setmana.
