This school imparts two similar degrees to the ones we do in our school, in particular the &#8220;Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann\/-kauffrau&#8221; and the &#8220;Veranstaltungs\u00adkaufmann\/-frau&#8221; professional degrees &#8211; they could be paired with our Condicionament F\u00edsic and Educaci\u00f3 i Animaci\u00f3 Socioesportiva degrees, though their focus is more business management oriented and ours is more practical and instructor oriented.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the visit has been to contact personally with the Erasmus coordinator and other teachers in the &#8220;Berufsschule city Nord&#8221; to set the bases for future partnerships, namely for Erasmus students&#8217; traineeships and group projects to be carried out by both our schools in the mid-term.<\/p>\n<p>Another important aspect of the visit has been the familiarization with the German VET and HED education system. The attendance to classes of the mentioned degrees has enabled our coordinator to get in touch with classroom environments and classroom management done by teachers in this school. He did not only speak with many teachers, but also with students who shared with him their studying experience and future plans as professionals.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Another VET and HED school was visited in Cadenberge, a small village 60 Km west of Hamburg (Berufsbildende Schulen Cadenberge). The objective of this visit was the same as for Hamburg&#8217;s, but It also allowed the Erasmus coordinator to grasp the differences between a German VET school in a large city like Hamburg and one in a small town like Cadenberge (4.200 people): Cadenberge has more degrees and studies and City Nord is more specialized due to the many schools available in the city of Hamburg).<\/p>\n<p>To sum up, the meetings with the respective Erasmus coordinators and teachers of both institutions, have given us insight to German vocational studies systems (and in particular those mentioned above); the assistance to classes showed us different ways of class management by teachers; and, most important of all, the bases of further collaborations between the Institut de l\u2019esport de Barcelona and them were strengthened with clear mid-term objectives.<\/p>\n<p>(special thanks to Stefanie Weber-Kunde in Hamburg and to Jennifer Supe and Hauke Imken in Cadenberge for being such kind hosts)<\/p>\n<p>\u2014&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">En el marc d&#8217;una visita de \u201cJob shadowing\u201d del programa Erasmus, el coordinador de mobilitat de l&#8217;Institut de l&#8217;esport de Barcelona ha visitat una instituci\u00f3 d&#8217;FP i Educaci\u00f3 Superior a Hamburg: Berufsschule City Nord. Aquesta escola imparteix dos graus similars als que fem al nostre centre, en particular els graus professionals &#8220;Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann\/-kauffrau&#8221; i &#8220;Veranstaltungs.kaufmann\/-frau&#8221;, que podrien comparar-se amb els nostres graus de Condicionament F\u00edsic i Educaci\u00f3 i Animaci\u00f3 Socioesportiva, encara que el seu enfocament est\u00e0 m\u00e9s orientat a la gesti\u00f3 empresarial i el nostre est\u00e0 m\u00e9s orientat a la pr\u00e0ctica i la instrucci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu de la visita ha estat contactar personalment amb el coordinador Erasmus i altres professors de la &#8220;Berufsschule city Nord&#8221; per establir les bases per a futures col\u00b7laboracions; \u00e9s a dir, per a les pr\u00e0ctiques d&#8217;estudiants Erasmus i els possibles projectes de grup que poden dur a terme les nostres dues escoles a mitj\u00e0 termini.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre aspecte important de la visita ha estat la familiaritzaci\u00f3 amb el sistema educatiu alemany d&#8217;FP. L&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia a les classes de les titulacions esmentades ha perm\u00e8s al nostre coordinador posar-se en contacte amb els entorns d&#8217;aula i la gesti\u00f3 de classes realitzada pel professorat d&#8217;aquesta escola. No nom\u00e9s va parlar amb molts professors, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 amb estudiants que compartien amb ell la seva experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;estudi i els seus plans de futur com a professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Durant els dies de la mobilitat, tamb\u00e9 es va visitar una altra escola d&#8217;FP a Cadenberge, un petit poble a 60 km a l&#8217;oest d&#8217;Hamburg (Berufsbildende Schulen Cadenberge).
