style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Els passats dies 12, 13 i 14 d\u2019abril, vam rebre a l\u2019alumnat de Ventspils (Letonia) I Groningen (pa\u00efsos baixos), vinculats al programa\u00a0Europeran Union programme Erasmus+ sota el t\u00edtol del projecte\u00a0<em>Plant based nutrition and sports. Is that a key for sustainable future and well-being?.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Els nostres estudiants de 2n De GUIAMNLL, tamb\u00e9 vinculats al projecte, van organitzar diferents activitats, tant en torn de mat\u00ed com en torn de tarda, amb la finalitat de con\u00e8ixer-los, tot fent jocs cooperatius, diferents esports com s\u00f3n el v\u00f2lei platja, el p\u00e0del, l\u2019escalada indoor i diferents esports n\u00e0utics. Tamb\u00e9 vam aprofitar per con\u00e8ixer la ciutat de Barcelona fent un tour en bicicleta i la muntanya de Montju\u00efc a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una cursa d\u2019orientaci\u00f3. Entre d\u2019altres, tamb\u00e9 vam fer un taller informatiu sobre veganisme i vam preparar batuts, barretes energ\u00e8tiques i hummus! Per molts de nosaltres, era la primera vegada que ho tast\u00e0vem!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora i tenim ganes de seguir treballant i aprenent sobre aquest projecte i d\u2019altres futurs. A m\u00e9s, a l\u2019octubre, alguns de nosaltres anirem a Groningen a compartir una experi\u00e8ncia similar i en tenim moltes ganes!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">* * * * * *<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>Last April 12, 13 and 14, we received students from Ventspils (Latvia) and Groningen (Netherlands), linked to the European Union program Erasmus+ under the title of the &#8220;Plant based nutrition and sports project. Is that a key for sustainable future and well-being?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>Our 2n course of GUIAMNLL students, also attached to the project, organized different activities, with the aim of getting to know them while playing cooperative games, different sports such as beach volleyball, paddle, indoor climbing and different water sports. We also had the chance to get to know the city of Barcelona on a bike tour and the Montju\u00efc mountain through an orienteering race. We also held an informative workshop on veganism and prepared smoothies, energy bars and hummus! For many of us, it was the first time that we tasted it!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>It has been a very enriching experience and we look forward to keep working and learning about this project and others to come.
