When we arrived we did a 2.5 hours drive to Ventpils, where we began our great experience that lasted a week!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We arrived, settled in, and the next day we started to work with sports and veganism. We did sports like frisbee, ice skating, volleyball and even trekking!!! We also visited a science museum and an indoor water park!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0We spent the last day of the trip in Riga, we visited the city and we continued to eat plant-based meals.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">And\u2026 What about the food? Well, obviously we followed a vegan diet every day! We discovered vegan recipes to make at home and how they helped our well-being and they were generally very tasty!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Apart from that, we attended a conference about the relationship between vegan food and sports and the way it helps us in our well-being and creates a more sustainable world.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0It was an unforgettable experience that we will always remember, it made us reflect on our diet and meat consumption.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It has been a pleasure to share this experience with other students from the Ventspils Tehnikums School and the Alfa-College in Groningen (Netherlands), it gave us the possibility to speak English every day and improve our level.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last Sunday 2nd of Novembre, we took a flight to Riga.
