de matr\u00edcula quan l&#8217;alumne o alumna, o qui en tingui la p\u00e0tria potestat si \u00e9s menor, demana <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">deixar de cursar determinats m\u00f2duls professionals o u<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nitats formatives<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal presentar una sol\u00b7licitud, per escrit i per una sola vegada, al director o directora del centre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n causes suficients, si es justifiquen documentalment, per acceptar la ren\u00fancia total o parcial a la matr\u00edcula les que generen una abs\u00e8ncia prolongada de classe, com ara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Malaltia o accident de l&#8217;alumnat o de familiars<\/li>\n<li>Atenci\u00f3 a familiars<\/li>\n<li>Maternitat o paternitat<\/li>\n<li>Canvi de condicions en el treball o incorporaci\u00f3 a un lloc de treball<\/li>\n<li>Altres circumst\u00e0ncies personals de car\u00e0cter extraordinari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s imprescindible que juntament amb la sol\u00b7licitud, s&#8217;aporti la documentaci\u00f3 que justifiqui de manera fidedigna les circumst\u00e0ncies al\u00b7legades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La ren\u00fancia afecta els m\u00f2duls professionals o unitats formatives no finalitzats, i es mantenen les qualificacions de les unitats formatives obtingudes fins al moment de la ren\u00fancia.<\/p>\n<p>En els sup\u00f2sits d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de la ren\u00fancia a la matr\u00edcula, l&#8217;alumnat afectat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Conserva el dret de reserva de pla\u00e7a per al curs seg\u00fcent (centres p\u00fablics i centres privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics).<\/li>\n<li>No perd la qualificaci\u00f3 obtinguda en els m\u00f2duls professionals o unitats formatives superats.<\/li>\n<li>No se li computen les convocat\u00f2ries dels m\u00f2duls professionals o unitats formatives no qualificats.<\/li>\n<li>En el cas d&#8217;haver iniciat la Formaci\u00f3 en Centres de Treball (FCT) sense completar-la en fer la ren\u00fancia de matr\u00edcula, es computen les hores de Formaci\u00f3 en Centres de Treball efectivament realitzades i valorades positivament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong style=\"font-family: inherit;
