El seu objectiu fonamental \u00e9s garantir que tots els sectors implicats (fam\u00edlies, mestres, alumnes, personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i ajuntament) tinguin veu i vot en la presa de decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, es detallen els seus objectius i funcions principals dividits per \u00e0rees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Presa de decisions estrat\u00e8giques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu principal \u00e9s definir el rumb de l\u2019escola a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 dels documents institucionals m\u00e9s importants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aprovar i avaluar el Projecte Educatiu de Centre (PEC)<\/strong>: aquest \u00e9s el document mestre que defineix la identitat, els valors i els objectius pedag\u00f2gics de l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aprovar la Programaci\u00f3 General Anual (PGA)<\/strong>: el pla concret de com s\u2019organitzar\u00e0 el curs escolar (horaris, sortides, activitats extraescolars, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aprovar les normes de funcionament<\/strong>: aix\u00f2 inclou el Reglament de R\u00e8gim Intern (NOFC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Gesti\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica i administrativa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consell Escolar actua com a auditor intern per assegurar la transpar\u00e8ncia i el bon \u00fas dels recursos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aprovar el pressupost del centre<\/strong>: decidir com es distribueixen els diners i aprovar la liquidaci\u00f3 dels comptes al final de l\u2019any.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supervisar la gesti\u00f3 administrativa<\/strong>: assegurar-se que els recursos materials i humans es gestionen correctament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Control i selecci\u00f3 de la direcci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que les lleis educatives han anat variant el pes d\u2019aquesta funci\u00f3, el Consell Escolar mant\u00e9 un paper clau en el lideratge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Participar en la selecci\u00f3 del director\/a<\/strong>: els representants del Consell formen part de la comissi\u00f3 que tria la direcci\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avaluar la funci\u00f3 directiva<\/strong>: poden proposar la revocaci\u00f3 del nomenament del director\/a si hi ha incompliment greu de les seves funcions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Conviv\u00e8ncia i resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un objectiu vital \u00e9s mantenir un clima escolar positiu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vetllar per la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong>: proposar mesures i iniciatives que afavoreixin la igualtat, la no-discriminaci\u00f3 i la prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament escolar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoldre conflictes disciplinaris<\/strong>: revisar sancions greus a alumnes si \u00e9s necessari i garantir que s\u2019ajustin a la normativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
