Hem apr\u00e8s com cuidar el nostre hort regant-lo i quines eines utilitzar per sembrar.<\/h6>\n<h6>Hem practicat molt l\u2019observaci\u00f3 directe de les plantes i hem pogut dibuixar del natural i prendre notes del que s\u2019ha observat.<\/h6>\n<h6>Els alumnes de segon hem compartit les tasques de l\u2019hort apadrinant nens i nenes de P3. Els hem ensenyat i gaudit amb la sembra , recollida i observaci\u00f3 de totes les plantes abans anomenades. Hem dibuixat i escrit tots junts.<\/h6>\n<h6>Ha sigut una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora i motivadora pels nens\/es.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">El projecte d\u2019hort a 3r es fa en petit grup i quinzenalment.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al llarg del curs hem fet activitats diverses. Hem plantat hortalisses: enciams, pastanagues, col, cebes&#8230; Tamb\u00e9 hem treballat les plantes crasses, plantes aquestes que necessiten poca aigua. El tercer trimestre, que \u00e9s el m\u00e9s agra\u00eft per les plantes, hem cultivat plantes arom\u00e0tiques: roman\u00ed, menta, alf\u00e0brega&#8230; i flors que estan precioses el mes de maig.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem apr\u00e9s moltes coses de les plantes, de les cures que necessiten: aigua, treure fulles seques&#8230;Tamb\u00e9 hem fet servir el compostador per abocar les herbes seques.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, hem pogut comprovar que a les plantes que els hi toca el sol durant el dia, es fan m\u00e9s boniques i grans!<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els alumnes de 4t de prim\u00e0ria han realitzat un aprenentatge vivencial dels principals valors mediambientals a partir de les experi\u00e8ncies que han adquirit durant tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/h6>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h6>Hem apr\u00e8s el cicle vital de les plantes.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Hem descobert i posat en pr\u00e0ctica el calendari de sembra.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Hem apr\u00e8s quines s\u00f3n les eines de l\u2019hort i per a qu\u00e8 serveixen.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Hem oxigenat i preparat la terra per plantar diferents tipus de plantes i hortalisses.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Hem fet espantaocells.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Hem pogut veure l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 dels aliments plantats i hem apr\u00e8s quins usos podem donar als aliments de la collita.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s que ens ho hem
