{"id":9447,"date":"2018-04-25T17:23:05","date_gmt":"2018-04-25T15:23:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipvila-roma\/?p=9447"},"modified":"2018-04-29T12:42:42","modified_gmt":"2018-04-29T10:42:42","slug":"science-week-setmana-de-la-ciencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ievila-roma\/general\/science-week-setmana-de-la-ciencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Science week- Setmana de la ci\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During a whole week, from 19th to 23rd of march of 2018, Vila-rom\u00e0 school celebrated the SCIENCE WEEK, which one commemorated the International Year of the Sustainable Tourism for Development, guided by United Nations and European Union.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pupils studied new concepts related to sustainable tourism and the animals, using English as a communicative language. The main objective was to implement science contents in English, in order to put into practise the acquitision knowledge of the english teachers during the educational programme of GEP year1 (Generaci\u00f3 Pluriling\u00fce) promoted by the Educational Department.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The distribution was:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>\n<h6>PREPRYMARI &#8211;&gt; Antartica\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9449 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipvila-roma\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu826\/2018\/04\/ciencia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"309\" \/><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>1st grade &#8211;&gt; AFRICA<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>2nd grade &#8211;&gt; ASIA<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>3rd grade &#8211;&gt;OCEANIA<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>4rd grade &#8211;&gt; EUROPE<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>5th grade &#8211;&gt; SOUTH AMERICA<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>6th grade &#8211;&gt; NORTH AMERICA<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We suggested different activities to enhance four basic language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. One of the activities was to fill an &#8220;Animal Research Card&#8221;\u00a0 with the information of the animals of the concret continent.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a final project, the students could build up their &#8220;Animal World Atlas&#8221;, where we can see a picture of the animals.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><strong>SETMANA DE LA CI\u00c8NCIA<\/strong><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La setmana del 19 al 23 de Mar\u00e7 del 2018, tots els alumnes de l&#8217;escola Vila-Rom\u00e0 hem celebrat la setmana de la ci\u00e8ncia, que enguany commemorava l&#8217;Any Internacional del Turisme Sostenible per al desenvolupament, promogut per part de l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial del Turisme (OMT), les Nacions Unides i la Comissi\u00f3 Europea.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes han treballat continguts relacionats amb el TURISME SOSTENIBLE i els ANIMALS mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;angl\u00e8s com a llengua vehicular. Una de les activitats proposades era emplenar una &#8220;animal research card&#8221; amb la informaci\u00f3 que han trobat dels animals que han estudiat.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a projecte final, hem pogut construir el nostre &#8220;animal world atlas&#8221;, on hem col\u00b7locat una fotografia dels animals en el seu h\u00e0bitat.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong><a
