Sota l\u2019esl\u00f2gan \u201c\u00c9s motiu suficient\u201d, les creativitats presenten reflexions vinculades a tres situacions (depressi\u00f3, ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida i TCA) i recomanen a la persona jove buscar ajuda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNo sentir il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 per les coses que abans t\u2019agradaven\u201d, \u201cNo poder gaudir dels amb les teves amistats\u201d o \u201cPensar que la teva vida no val la pena\u201d s\u00f3n algunes de les premisses que es presenten. En aquest sentit, la campanya aposta per no banalitzar aquests pensaments i fer prendre consci\u00e8ncia a l\u2019adolescent o jove que all\u00f2 que sent \u00e9s rellevant i que pot cercar ajuda de manera gratu\u00efta i confidencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La campanya ha comptat amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de professionals de l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la salut aix\u00ed com algunes persones joves supervivents que han transitat aquestes experi\u00e8ncies.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La salut mental i el benestar emocional \u00e9s un concepte ampli relacionat amb la manera com ens sentim, pensem o actuem en el nostre dia a dia.
