Cartig<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un \u00f2rgan especialitzat que recolza la tasca del centre educatiu i del conjunt del professorat en totes aquelles actuacions dirigides a assegurar una formaci\u00f3 integral de l\u2019alumnat i a l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 dels processos d\u2019ensenyament a les caracter\u00edstiques i necessitats de tots els alumnes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Objectius del Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afavorir la integraci\u00f3 dels alumnes en el grup i la participaci\u00f3 en la vida del col\u00b7legi, fomentant actituds de respecte, col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i toler\u00e0ncia, aix\u00ed com el compliment de les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realitzar un seguiment personalitzat del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7laborar en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que duu a terme l\u2019equip docent, i recollir i transmetre qualsevol informaci\u00f3 adient sobre els alumnes i les seues fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuir a la millora del rendiment acad\u00e8mic, fomentant la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019aprenentatge i la reflexi\u00f3 sobre el propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuir al desenvolupament personal de l\u2019alumne, orientant-lo en les seves necessitats personals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantenir una relaci\u00f3 fluida amb les fam\u00edlies, informant-les dels processos d\u2019aprenentatge i adaptaci\u00f3 dels seus fills i orientant-los segons les necessitats que es plantegen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes finalitats es realitzen a trav\u00e9s del:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pla d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Tutorial<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge \u2013 Acci\u00f3 Educativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00c0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les funcions anteriors es concreten en quatre \u00e0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Amb alumnes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detecci\u00f3 i diagn\u00f2stic de dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avaluaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica espec\u00edfica a determinats alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el disseny, aplicaci\u00f3 i seguiment de les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat adoptades.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrevistes amb alumnes a petici\u00f3 d\u2019aquests, dels seus tutors o pares.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial mitjan\u00e7ant col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, informaci\u00f3 i preparaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport i seguiment de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 dels alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participaci\u00f3 en el Consell Orientador al finalitzar la Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amb professorat<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el professorat en l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat a fi de millorar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport al desenvolupament de programes d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i orientadora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el proc\u00e9s avaluador a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia a les reunions d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3 individual al docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amb fam\u00edlies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informaci\u00f3 sobre mesures i programes d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3 i assessorament individual a pares en relaci\u00f3 amb el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i dificultats dels seus fills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrevistes amb els pares a petici\u00f3 dels mateixos, del tutor o del propi Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reunions informatives amb els pares sobre els resultats de les exploracions col\u00b7lectives i de les opcions acad\u00e8miques i professionals dels alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amb l\u2019Equip Directiu:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborar sota les directrius de l\u2019Equip Directiu del Pla d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 Escolar i Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat, coordinar la seua aplicaci\u00f3 i contribuir al seu desenvolupament i avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessorar l\u2019Equip Directiu en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del Projecte Educatiu de Centre, en la promoci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 dels distints projectes del centre aix\u00ed com en les avaluacions externes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, <\/span><b>treballem en xarxa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> coordinant-nos amb l\u2019Equip d\u2019Assessorament i Orientaci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica (EAP) i la <\/span><b>professional sanit\u00e0ria de refer\u00e8ncia del programa Salut i Escola, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entre d\u2019altres serveis externs de salut i educaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sempre tenint en ment que <\/span><b>treballem <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amb i per a vosaltres, <\/span><b>caminant al vostre costat <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">perqu\u00e8 volem que els vostres fills i
