En aquest proc\u00e9s, han investigat qu\u00e8 significa realment esmorzar b\u00e9: quins nutrients necessita el cos per comen\u00e7ar el dia amb energia, quins aliments aporten beneficis reals i com es poden construir esmorzars equilibrats, variats i saludables.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultat \u00e9s una selecci\u00f3 de les quatre millors propostes pensades perqu\u00e8 siguin nutritives, f\u00e0cils de preparar i adaptables al dia a dia de casa.
