Cuida el que menges!<\/strong><br \/>\nMenja de forma equilibrada tenint en compte que la teva activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s menor a la d&#8217;abans.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Hidrata&#8217;t b\u00e9!<\/strong><br \/>\nEncara que facis menys activitat \u00e9s important estar ben hidratat tot el dia, el teu cos segueix funcionant.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Estableix un programa d&#8217;exercici<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9s necessari fer entre 30 i 60 minuts d&#8217;activitat di\u00e0ria. No estiguis m\u00e9s de dues hores  assegut o estirat al sof\u00e0.<br \/>\n<strong>5. Camina!<\/strong><br \/>\nCamina per casa durant 10 minuts cada hora. Si vols pots marcar-te algun repte per fer-ho m\u00e9s divertit.<br \/>\n<strong>6. Balla!<\/strong><br \/>\nBallar t&#8217;aportar\u00e0 un benestar f\u00edsic i mental, a m\u00e9s t&#8217;anir\u00e0 b\u00e9 per mantenir el to muscular, treballar la coordinaci\u00f3 i millorar l&#8217;equilibri.<br \/>\n<strong>7. Fes exercicis de for\u00e7a!<\/strong><br \/>\nQualsevol objecte de casa \u00e9s bo per treballar la for\u00e7a. \u00c9s important mantenir el to muscular.<br \/>\n<strong>8.
