Aquest trimestre a l’\u00e0rea d’educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica hem continuat estudiant els aliments i els nutrients que necessita el nostre cos.<\/p>\n

L’alumnat de 1r, 2n i 3r de prim\u00e0ria han dut a terme una exposici\u00f3 educativa sobre els greixos, centrant-se en la seva classificaci\u00f3: insaturats, saturats i trans. Han apr\u00e8s quins aliments contenen els macronutrients de greixos saludables i quins aliments o productes no contenen greixos bons. Amb aquesta feina, l’alumnat t\u00e9 l’oportunitat d’aprendre una mica m\u00e9s sobre un tema tant important com \u00e9s l’alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/p>\n
