La Universitat del Temps Lliure \u00e9s una de les iniciatives que es realitzen des del projecte +Educaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019objectiu espec\u00edfic d\u2019aprofitar el potencial educatiu de la comunitat i crear una xarxa on intervinguin diferents agents que ajudin a generar noves oportunitats d\u2019aprenentatge. Per tal de crear un barri educador i educatiu, equipaments, serveis i entitats del barri col\u00b7laboren oferint activitats de lleure de qualitat (majorit\u00e0riament gratu\u00eftes) als infants, joves i fam\u00edlies en horari no lectiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El projecte +Educaci\u00f3 Sant Andreu va n\u00e9ixer impulsat per diversos centres educatius del barri i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que la majoria d\u2019infants i joves a qui es proposa aquest \u201cviatge cultural\u201d pel seu entorn m\u00e9s proper tenen entre 3 i 18 anys.
