Avui tots els alumnes de Cicle Inicial de l’escola hem fet mones.\u00a0Durant el mat\u00ed hem fet la massa amb els seg\u00fcents ingredients: farina, oli, aigua, llevat, ratlladura de llimona i sucre. Tots hem ajudat afegint, remenant o donant cops a la massa, que es fa per a que pugi millor.<\/p>\n

Quan la pasta ja s’ha desenganxat dels dits l’hem posat “a dormir”, dintre d’un ribell tapada amb un llen\u00e7ol i una manta. Despr\u00e9s l’hem deixat en un lloc tancat amb molta calor.<\/p>\n

A la tarda han vingut els pares i les\u00a0 mares que s’han oferit voluntaris\u00a0 per a ajudar-nos a estirar la massa, posar anissets i pintar-la per damunt amb aigua i sucre.\u00a0 A les cinc ens l’hem emportat a casa per a coure-la i tastar-la.<\/p>\n

Segur que ens ha quedat molt bona un any m\u00e9s!<\/p>\n
