Diu la tortugueta:<\/p>\n

De vegades alg\u00fa em diu o em fa algo que em fa enfadar. Sento la r\u00e0bia com un foc que s’enc\u00e9n i vol sortir disparat per la boca ( amb paraules airades) o per les cames o bra\u00e7os ( donant algun cop).<\/p>\n

Ara, per\u00f2, estic practicant la PACI\u00c8NCIA, que m’ajuda a no reaccionar impulsivament. Mentre sento que em domina la r\u00e0bia respiro tres vegades profunda i lentament.<\/p>\n

I \u00e9s llavors quan puc decidir que no vull enfadar-me i decideixo esbrinar i entendre qu\u00e8 li ha pogut passar a l’altre.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s molt \u00fatil la pr\u00e0ctica de l’EMPATIA que em permet posar-me a les sabates de l’altre ( potser estava nervi\u00f3s, potser s’ha equivocat, potser jo li vaig fer algo paregut a ell, o potser la r\u00e0bia li ha fet dit aix\u00f2).<\/p>\n

No s\u00e9 per qu\u00e8 sempre que arribo fins aqu\u00ed sento COMPASSI\u00d3. Penso: “Pobret, la r\u00e0bia li ha dominat. Ell en el fons no \u00e9s aix\u00ed , no ha sabut fer-ho millor”.<\/p>\n

Ara si miro com em sento… la r\u00e0bia s’ha desfet, ja no hi \u00e9s. Sento moltes ganes de PERDONAR-LO, de ser amic d’ell, d’abra\u00e7ar-lo. Per\u00f2 ell s’avan\u00e7a i em diu: PERDONA’M, no s\u00e9 qu\u00e8 m’ha passat, no ho far\u00e9 m\u00e9s. I tot torna a estar b\u00e9. Riem i juguem junts!!!<\/p>\n

Ara la r\u00e0bia, que \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 que pot ser molt forta, s\u00e9 que es pot transformar en perd\u00f3 i estimaci\u00f3 si jo ho decideixo.<\/p>\n
