Aquest dia, per tant, no es pot assegurar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 habitual a l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019Institut ni es pot assegurar que es desenvolupin totes les classes amb normalitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #444444;\">Us recordem que, segons el DECRET 279\/2006, de 4 de juliol, sobre drets i deures de l\u2019alumnat i regulaci\u00f3 de la conviv\u00e8ncia en els centres educatius no universitaris de Catalunya, i l\u2019article 7.19 de la Normativa d\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 i Funcionament de Centre (NOFC), els alumnes de 3r d\u2019ESO a 2n de Batxillerat i Cicles Formatius poden no assistir al centre, tot i que les abs\u00e8ncies causades per actes reivindicatius nom\u00e9s seran justificades si el pare, mare o tutor\/a legal en comunica l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 a la direcci\u00f3 del centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;
