{"id":1707,"date":"2018-06-19T11:50:16","date_gmt":"2018-06-19T09:50:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvinyet\/?page_id=1707"},"modified":"2018-06-20T10:51:31","modified_gmt":"2018-06-20T08:51:31","slug":"mediacio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvinyet\/projecte-educatiu\/mediacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Mediaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La MEDIACI\u00d3 \u00e9s una manera de resoldre els CONFLICTES nosaltres mateixos i amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una altra persona fent \u00fas del DI\u00c0LEG, per tal d&#8217;arribar a un acord satisfactori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La MEDIACI\u00d3 sempre \u00e9s CONFIDENCIAL i VOLUNT\u00c0RIA.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 serveix a l\u2019institut?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La MEDIACI\u00d3 \u00e9s una manera de resoldre els problemes per nosaltres mateixos PARLANT i fent PACTES.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Els mediadors som companys que ens hem format per escoltar els problemes i ajudar a trobar solucions en benefici de tothom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">No jutgem, ni critiquem, ni castiguem, ni aconsellem.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Com funciona?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si tens un conflicte i VOLUNT\u00c0RIAMENT vols aprofitar el recurs, l\u2019equip de mediaci\u00f3 \u00a0organitzar\u00e0 una trobada per ajudar-te a resoldre el vostre problema, en garantiran la CONFIDENCIALITAT i vetllaran perqu\u00e8 l\u2019ACORD sigui EQUITATIU.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Com accedir a la mediaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pots contactar amb alguna mediadora o mediador del centre i\/o amb el vostre tutor\/a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tamb\u00e9 pots dipositar la teva petici\u00f3 per escrit a la BUSTIA DE MEDIACI\u00d3 que hi ha consergeria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Trobar\u00e0s tota la informaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;equip de mediadors d&#8217;aquest curs a la cartellera de mediaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Qui forma l\u2019equip de mediadors?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El formem alumnes de 4rt ESO i 1r i 2n de Batxillerat que hem rebut \u00a0FORMACI\u00d3 per fer de mediadors escolars.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Activitats:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019equip de mediadors i mediadores del centre al llarg del curs participen en diverses activitats de formaci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 amb altres centres educatius que tamb\u00e9 disposen de servei de mediaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>FORMACI\u00d3 DE NOUS MEDIADORS: es tracta d\u2019una formaci\u00f3 de 30 hores que rebem alumnes de 2n d\u2019ESO interessats en la mediaci\u00f3. Un cop finalitzada la formaci\u00f3, de manera volunt\u00e0ria passem a formar part de l\u2019equip de mediadores i mediadors escolars del centre.<\/li>\n<li>CELEBRACI\u00d3 DEL DIA EUROPEU DE LA MEDIACI\u00d3: el 21 de gener programem diverses activitats per promoure i difondre el Manifest institucional del Dia Europeu de la Mediaci\u00f3. Aquest defensa el principi de participaci\u00f3 directa i una responsabilitzaci\u00f3 de cada un en la resoluci\u00f3 dels propis conflictes. La mediaci\u00f3 implica un canvi cultural.<\/li>\n<li>TROBADA DE LA XARXA DE CENTRES MEDIADORS DE SECUND\u00c0RIA DE L\u2019HOSPITALET: el mes de maig participem en aquesta trobada, al Parc de Can Boixeres, amb 13 centres de secund\u00e0ria m\u00e9s. En aquesta jornada reflexionem en grups sobre la tasca de mediaci\u00f3 i aprofitem per fer intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies.
