{"id":29914,"date":"2026-03-16T13:09:05","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T12:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/?p=29914"},"modified":"2026-03-16T13:09:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T12:09:05","slug":"mobilitzacions-de-lassemblea-de-treballadors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/noticies-portada\/mobilitzacions-de-lassemblea-de-treballadors\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobilitzacions de l&#8217;Assemblea de treballadors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;Assemblea de treballadors i treballadores de l&#8217;Institut Vilatzara us informa que, donat que no s\u2019ha arribat a un acord amb el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional que representi a la majoria dels docents (l\u2019acord signat s\u2019ha fet sense consultar les bases i ha estat liderat per sindicats que no tenen \u00e0mplia cobertura en el sector), es mantindran les <strong>mobilitzacions programades per aquesta setmana.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us voldr\u00edem recordar que aquestes jornades de vaga es fan per reclamar millores en les condicions laborals del professorat i en el sistema educatiu p\u00fablic. <strong>Entre les principals reivindicacions hi ha la recuperaci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu perdut, la reducci\u00f3 de les r\u00e0tios d\u2019alumnes per aula, l\u2019increment de plantilles, la reducci\u00f3 de la c\u00e0rrega burocr\u00e0tica i una millor dotaci\u00f3 de recursos per garantir una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva de qualitat.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els sindicats del sector educatiu tamb\u00e9 reclamen un augment del finan\u00e7ament educatiu, recordant que la legislaci\u00f3 educativa catalana estableix l\u2019objectiu d\u2019avan\u00e7ar cap a una inversi\u00f3 p\u00fablica d\u2019aproximadament el <\/span><b>6% del PIB en educaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un nivell que consideren necessari per garantir el bon funcionament del sistema educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb aquestes mobilitzacions es vol instar l\u2019administraci\u00f3 a negociar mesures que millorin tant les condicions de treball del personal docent com la qualitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El calendari \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dilluns 16:<\/strong> expliquem la vaga. Hi haur\u00e0 piquets informatius a cada centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dimarts 17:<\/strong> concentracions a diferents municipis de la comarca (18.00 h).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dimecres 18:<\/strong> Taller de pancartes a cada municipi (18.00 h).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dijous 19:<\/strong> concentracions a diferents punts de la comarca (12.00 h, concentraci\u00f3 a la pla\u00e7a de Laia l\u2019Arquera).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Divendres 20:<\/strong> Vaga.
