{"id":20403,"date":"2021-02-08T11:00:22","date_gmt":"2021-02-08T10:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/?p=20403"},"modified":"2021-02-08T11:00:22","modified_gmt":"2021-02-08T10:00:22","slug":"la-sobirania-alimentaria-arriba-a-1r-de-batxillerat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/noticies-portada\/la-sobirania-alimentaria-arriba-a-1r-de-batxillerat\/","title":{"rendered":"La sobirania aliment\u00e0ria arriba a 1r de Batxillerat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L&#8217;alumnat de 1r de Batxillerat participa en un taller sobre les condicions sanit\u00e0ries, laborals i ambientals necess\u00e0ries per mantenir una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i sostenible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Menjar productes que tenen proced\u00e8ncies molt distants, que s&#8217;han elaborat en condicions d&#8217;explotaci\u00f3 laboral o que poden portar additius i greixos processats gens saludables s\u00f3n alguns dels problemes habituals que podem trobar en la manera com s&#8217;alimenten les i els nostres joves.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que l&#8217;alumnat del primer curs de Batxillerat de l&#8217;Institut Vilatzara ha rebut una xerrada-taller per tal de poder comprendre uns quants aspectes rellevants: en quines condicions sanit\u00e0ries i de benestar animal es crien i escorxen els animals que es consumeixen, de quines proced\u00e8ncies s\u00f3n les fruites i verdures que consumim actualment, i fins a quin punt s\u00f3n un producte artificial i addictiu els additius que s&#8217;afegeixen als nutrients per donar-los sabors intensos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-20404\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/02\/IMG-20210208-WA0000.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En el mateix taller s&#8217;han tractat aspectes de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 industrial que tenen efectes sobre la salut i l&#8217;economia. Alguns dels additius i greixos processats podrien tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies nocives per a la salut a llarg termini.
