Investigaci\u00f3 al laboratori a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;alumnes de 1r d&#8217;ESO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Microscopis, restes vegetals i una bona hip\u00f2tesi de partida han estat les claus d&#8217;aquesta experimentaci\u00f3 al laboratori del centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;alumnat de 1r d&#8217;ESO es va introduint de manera progressiva en les t\u00e8cniques pr\u00f2pies del m\u00e8tode cient\u00edfic, que passa sempre per l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un fenomen, el plantejament d&#8217;una hip\u00f2tesi i, sobretot, la verificaci\u00f3 (o refutaci\u00f3) de la hip\u00f2tesi a partir de les condicions d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3 que s\u00f3n possibles en un laboratori.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5709.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20386 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5709.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5709.jpg 320w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5709-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5709-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, la tasca consistia a observar que les plantes, d&#8217;alguna manera, respiren. El que calia, doncs, era mirar d&#8217;esbrinar per on respiren i quin \u00e9s el mecanisme que ho fa possible. La hip\u00f2tesi, en una fase molt incipient, ha estat plantejar que uns &#8220;foradets&#8221; (els estomes) s\u00f3n els encarregats de facilitar aquesta respiraci\u00f3. Per tal de comprovar-ho s&#8217;ha dut a terme una preparaci\u00f3 amb fulles de lliri. Aquesta preparaci\u00f3 ha estat observada amb detall a trav\u00e9s del microscopi i s&#8217;ha confirmat la hip\u00f2tesi. \u00c9s a dir, que s\u00f3n els &#8220;foradets&#8221; els que fan possible l&#8217;intercanvi de CO2 per O2. L&#8217;alumnat ha pogut, fins i tot, fotografiar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules que controlen l&#8217;obertura d&#8217;aquests petits forats anomenats &#8220;estomes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5710.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20384 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5710.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5710.jpg 320w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5710-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvilatzara\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu356\/2021\/01\/IMG_5710-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;un punt de vista te\u00f2ric l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 final est\u00e0 ben acreditada: L&#8217;estoma \u00e9s una\u00a0&#8220;petita obertura de l\u2019epidermis dels \u00f2rgans verds, especialment de les fulles de les plantes superiors, flanquejada per dues c\u00e8l\u00b7lules reniformes, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules oclusives.\u00a0[&#8230;] Els estomes serveixen per a l\u2019intercanvi de gasos amb l\u2019atmosfera (CO2 i O2) i per a l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua en el proc\u00e9s de la transpiraci\u00f3. L\u2019obriment i el tancament de l\u2019estoma s\u00f3n duts a terme per les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules oclusives mitjan\u00e7ant variacions de turg\u00e8ncia, determinades per les condicions ambientals.
