Cal tenir en compte que l&#8217;EDC \u00e9s un document viu, que es va actualitzant durant la seva baZpAe\">\n<h3>Diagnosi<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"C9DxTc \" style=\"font-family: inherit;\">El primer pas que s&#8217;ha dut a terme en l&#8217;EDC ha estat la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una diagnosi per determinar els \u00e0mbits en qu\u00e8 el centre pot millorar i en quins s&#8217;ha de mantenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"C9DxTc \">La SELFIE ha perm\u00e8s al centre avaluar en quin punt es troba en la integraci\u00f3 de les tecnologies digitals en la doc\u00e8ncia, en l&#8217;aprenentatge i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"C9DxTc \">El professorat i l&#8217;alumnat va respondre a uns q\u00fcestionaris i a partir dels seus resultats la Comissi\u00f3 EDC va definir i prioritzar els objectius per millorar en l&#8217;\u00fas de les noves tecnologies i t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Objectius<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Els objectius definits un cop realitzada la diagnosi inicial han estat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c UVNKR \">\n<li><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Impulsar la formaci\u00f3 digital relacionada amb els interessos de les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d eD0Rn \" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Promoure l&#8217;inter\u00e8s de les fam\u00edlies per les comunicacions del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d eD0Rn \" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Potenciar la formaci\u00f3 continua en metodologies innovadores d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d eD0Rn \" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Millorar la gesti\u00f3 de les incid\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q TYR86d eD0Rn \" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Promoure l&#8217;\u00fas responsable dels dispositius digitals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Desenvolupar la cultura digital del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Planificaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">La Comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;Estrat\u00e8gia Digital del Centre ha\u00a0 elaborat i planificat el conjunt d&#8217;activitats espec\u00edfiques per assolir cadascun dels objectius\u00a0 prioritzant, la necessitat, els recursos necessaris, la viabilitat i el seu grau d&#8217;impacte.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Algunes d&#8217;aquestes accions inclouen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realitzaci\u00f3 de sessions de formaci\u00f3 en eines digitals a l&#8217;inici del curs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Xerrades sobre l&#8217;\u00fas de pantalles i seguretat en l\u00ednia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avaluaci\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 de la documentaci\u00f3 digital del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An\u00e0lisi i millora de la comunicaci\u00f3 externa i xarxes socials del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ampliaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 en compet\u00e8ncies digitals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;espais de treball i reflexi\u00f3 per a compartir pr\u00e0ctiques innovadores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversificaci\u00f3 i augment de les hores de coordinaci\u00f3 TIC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millora del sistema de seguiment i gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusi\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats en el Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Tutorial (PAT) per a l&#8217;\u00fas digital en la llar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupament experi\u00e8ncies immersives sense dispositius m\u00f2bils per a la comunitat educativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creaci\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 de la documentaci\u00f3 sobre Cultura Digital.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Avaluaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3, es detallen els indicadors proposats per a algunes de les accions definides en la planificaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulsar la formaci\u00f3 relacionada amb els interessos digitals de les fam\u00edlies:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span 400;\">Nombre de programes de formaci\u00f3 digital dissenyats per a satisfer les necessitats dels diferents grups de fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivell d&#8217;\u00fas de les tecnologies digitals per part de les fam\u00edlies despr\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure l&#8217;inter\u00e8s de les fam\u00edlies per les comunicacions del centre:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre de visites a la p\u00e0gina web del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre de seguidors o subscriptors en les xarxes socials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potenciar la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua en metodologies innovadores d&#8217;aprenentatge:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferir una formaci\u00f3 anual en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;almenys un 40% del professorat en la formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorar la gesti\u00f3 de les incid\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
