{"id":605,"date":"2017-02-16T22:26:54","date_gmt":"2017-02-16T21:26:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesverdaguer\/?page_id=605"},"modified":"2018-01-15T11:13:53","modified_gmt":"2018-01-15T10:13:53","slug":"xarxa-competencies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesverdaguer\/com-treballem\/xarxa-competencies\/","title":{"rendered":"Xarxa Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Xarxa CB est\u00e0 formada per un equip de docents, agrupats en zones educatives, que desenvolupen el treball per compet\u00e8ncies als seus centres, elaboren instruments de suport per orientar els processos de reflexi\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 del curr\u00edculum per compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques i comparteixen processos d&#8217;autoavaluaci\u00f3. Els seus pilars s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Avaluar per aprendre:<\/strong> L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 per aprendre (AxA) es focalitza en la dist\u00e0ncia entre el punt de partida de l\u2019aprenent i el punt d\u2019arribada desitjat. Aquesta dist\u00e0ncia pot ser escur\u00e7ada si el docent i l\u2019aprenent comparteixen els objectius d\u2019aprenentatge i els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, si es formulen bones preguntes i si existeix un feedback efectiu. La recerca en aquest camp ha demostrat que els aprenentatges s\u00f3n m\u00e9s efectius quan els aprenents:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Entenen clarament all\u00f2 que s\u2019espera que aprenguin.<\/li>\n<li>Reben un feedback en relaci\u00f3 amb la qualitat esperada del seu treball i com millorar-lo.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019involucren en les tasques escolars: prenen decisions dels passos a seguir, s\u00f3n conscients dels seus errors i saben autoregular-se.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Activitats competencials:<\/strong> Els continguts curriculars s\u00f3n el mitj\u00e0 per assolir els objectius i possibilitar que l\u2019alumnat sigui competent per usar les seves capacitats en situacions i contextos reals. Els continguts curriculars per si mateixos no constitueixen la finalitat de l\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa, sin\u00f3 que s\u00f3n el mitj\u00e0 per assolir els objectius i possibilitar que l\u2019alumnat sigui competent per usar les seves capacitats en situacions i contextos reals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En aquest aspecte prenen molta import\u00e0ncia els projectes o treball globalitzat. \u00c9s a dir, el treball curricular transversal que, a partir d&#8217;un tema o bloc tem\u00e0tic, incorpora coneixements de diferents \u00e0rees.
