{"id":596,"date":"2017-02-16T22:25:52","date_gmt":"2017-02-16T21:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesverdaguer\/?page_id=596"},"modified":"2021-01-31T18:43:04","modified_gmt":"2021-01-31T17:43:04","slug":"orientacio-educativa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesverdaguer\/com-treballem\/orientacio-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Orientaci\u00f3 educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Les funcions de l\u2019orientador al centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa consisteix en el conjunt d\u2019actuacions dels equips del centre programades, sistematitzades i avaluades, per garantir l\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques des de l\u2019acompanyament personalitzat de l\u2019alumnat al llarg de l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta l\u00ednia, entenem que l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies, contribueix a assolir les compet\u00e8ncies personals i socials de l\u2019alumnat necess\u00e0ries per poder desenvolupar el projecte personal, acad\u00e8mic i professionals. L\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial \u00e9s funci\u00f3 i responsabilitat de tot el professorat i la tutoria, en especial en els primers cursos de l\u2019ESO, comporta la integraci\u00f3 i l\u2019acompanyament de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa est\u00e0 incorporada en el curr\u00edculum, i aix\u00f2 comporta dissenyar estrat\u00e8gies did\u00e0ctiques i pedag\u00f2giques per fomentar l\u2019aprenentatge i l\u2019autonomia de l\u2019alumne\/a.<\/p>\n<p>La funci\u00f3 de l\u2019orientador en el centre \u00e9s la de promoure la planificaci\u00f3, la coordinaci\u00f3 i la dinamitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes tasques d\u2019acompanyament, seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 dels alumnes. L\u2019actuaci\u00f3 professional i espec\u00edfica de l\u2019orientador es divideix en dos grans blocs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alumnat:<\/strong> codoc\u00e8ncia i suport dins i\/o fora de l\u2019aula, per tal d\u2019afavorir l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies i ajudes; doc\u00e8ncia sobre aquells aspectes relacionats amb l\u2019especialitat de psicopedagogia (compet\u00e8ncia d\u2019autonomia i iniciativa personal, d\u2019aprendre a aprendre, social i ciutadana i compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa i d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 professional per ajudar a contribuir a l\u2019\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic i professional de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019orientador es dedica, priorit\u00e0riament, a l\u2019alumnat que presenta m\u00e9s dificultats en l\u2019aprenentatge i, molt particularment, als que necessiten suports educatius espec\u00edfics per progressar en els aprenentatges i amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comunitat educativa:<\/strong> suport t\u00e8cnic a l\u2019equip docent (assessorant per a la funci\u00f3 tutorial i en la planificaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies organitzatives i pedag\u00f2giques per atendre adequadament els diversos ritmes, nivells, estils d\u2019aprenentatge i les necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat, i donant suport en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3, aplicaci\u00f3, seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 dels plans individualitzats); suport t\u00e8cnic a l\u2019equip directiu del centre (planificant i fent el seguiment de les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 de tots els alumnes participant en la comissi\u00f3 d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat (CAD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Atesa les caracter\u00edstiques i l\u2019amplitud de la tasca orientadora i d\u2019acompanyament de l\u2019aprenentatge dels alumnes, el professorat d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa requereix la coordinaci\u00f3 amb el professional de l\u2019equip d\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic (EAP).
