{"id":3889,"date":"2026-03-25T20:09:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T19:09:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesventuragassol\/?p=3889"},"modified":"2026-03-25T20:09:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T19:09:42","slug":"programa-henka-a-1r-deso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesventuragassol\/general\/programa-henka-a-1r-deso\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa HENKA a 1r d&#8217;ESO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest curs, el nostre alumnat de 1r d\u2019ESO participa en el programa HENKA, una iniciativa orientada a promoure el benestar emocional i el desenvolupament personal dels joves.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de diferents activitats i din\u00e0miques a l\u2019aula, els nois i noies treballen habilitats com la gesti\u00f3 de les emocions, l\u2019autoconeixement i la resili\u00e8ncia, en un entorn segur i acompanyat. El programa HENKA est\u00e0 impulsat per l\u2019Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u Barcelona i la Z Zurich Foundation, amb l\u2019objectiu de promoure el benestar emocional des del rigor del coneixement cient\u00edfic. Aquesta iniciativa inclou accions que reforcen la resili\u00e8ncia en adolescents i joves d\u2019entre 12 i 25 anys, aix\u00ed com en el seu entorn m\u00e9s proper: els centres educatius, les fam\u00edlies i la societat en general.<\/p>\n<p>Ahir, 24 de mar\u00e7, tamb\u00e9 es va dur a terme una reuni\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada a les fam\u00edlies, a c\u00e0rrec de la referent de benestar emocional de la zona, amb l\u2019objectiu de compartir orientacions i recursos per acompanyar els fills i filles en aquest proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Agra\u00efm la implicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat, les fam\u00edlies i el professorat en aquest projecte tan necessari per al benestar emocional de tots i totes.<\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 300px;
