El formen els i les representants de tota la comunitat educativa<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, direcci\u00f3, professorat, alumnat, fam\u00edlies, personal d’administraci\u00f3 i serveis, representant de l’administraci\u00f3 local.<\/p>\n

El seu funcionament es troba regulat als articles 148 i 152 de la Llei 12\/2009<\/a> d’educaci\u00f3 <\/em>i a\u00a0l’article 27.1 del Decret 102\/2010<\/a> d’autonomia de centres.<\/em><\/p>\n
