{"id":974,"date":"2018-02-20T20:27:09","date_gmt":"2018-02-20T19:27:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iesvallvera.cat\/?p=974"},"modified":"2018-02-20T20:27:09","modified_gmt":"2018-02-20T19:27:09","slug":"la-cuina-de-laula-oberta-sespecialitza-en-pizzes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvallvera\/general\/la-cuina-de-laula-oberta-sespecialitza-en-pizzes\/","title":{"rendered":"La cuina de l\u2019Aula Oberta s\u2019especialitza en pizzes."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dilluns 12 de febrer els alumnes de l\u2019Aula Oberta van rebre la visita d\u2019en Rub\u00e9n i la Laura, dos treballadors de la pizzeria <em>Corsaro<\/em> de Girona, que ens van ensenyar com fer pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes van aprendre a elaborar la massa i sobretot a manipular-la per aconseguir una base de pizza t\u00edpica d\u2019It\u00e0lia. Tot seguit, els professionals de Corsaro els van assessorar a l\u2019hora de posar els diferents ingredients (tom\u00e0quet, formatge, pernil dol\u00e7&#8230;). La jornada es va acabar amb un tast de les\u00a0 millors pizzes.
