Els objectius del curs s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cultivar la consci\u00e8ncia de la respiraci\u00f3 per ajudar a unir cos i ment i desenvolupar la concentraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cuidar el nostre cos per reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s i el patiment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Cultivar el caminar i el moviment conscient a la nostra vida di\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a cultivar sentiments d\u2019alegria i felicitat i a apreciar el que ja tenim.<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a simplificar les nostres vides per ser capa\u00e7os de tenir m\u00e9s temps per relaxar-nos i gaudir de la vida.<\/li>\n<li>Familiaritzar-nos amb la pr\u00e0ctica del menjar conscient per a una vida saludable en un m\u00f3n sostenible.<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a escoltar i abra\u00e7ar les nostres emocions intenses, com la por, la r\u00e0bia, l\u2019ansietat i la desesperaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a usar la paraula amable i l\u2019escolta compassiva per cuidar les nostres relacions.<\/li>\n<li>Practicar la resoluci\u00f3 pac\u00edfica dels conflictes i aprofundir en l\u2019art de la reconciliaci\u00f3 i la inclusivitat..<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Explorar directrius no sect\u00e0ries i \u00e8tiques per a la nostra pr\u00f2pia salut i felicitat i tamb\u00e9 per a la de les nostres fam\u00edlies, escoles i comunitats, la de la nostra societat i la del nostre m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Observar de forma profunda el nostre consum i producci\u00f3, com a individus i com a societat en un m\u00f3n global.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"ca-ES\">Els qui us volgueu inscriure heu d&#8217;enviar un missatge (bot\u00f3 CONTACTE) indicant el vostre nom i cognoms, el vostre DNI i el vostre centre de treball\u00a0<strong>abans del dimecres 7 de febrer.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El curs adre\u00e7at al professorat de FP de\u00a0Mindfulness\u00a0es realitzar\u00e0 els dijous de 15.30 a 18.30 a partir del proper 8 de febrer (10 sessions).
