Els protagonistes han estat els estudiants de&nbsp;<strong>2n curs del Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior d&#8217;Animaci\u00f3 Socioesportiva (EAS)<\/strong>&nbsp;de l&#8217;Institut, que han aplicat directament les seves compet\u00e8ncies en un entorn real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa ha perm\u00e8s a l&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;EAS dissenyar, organitzar i implementar una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;<strong>activitats d&#8217;animaci\u00f3, jocs cooperatius i sessions esportives adaptades<\/strong>&nbsp;per als diferents grups d&#8217;edat de l&#8217;Escola Rel. L&#8217;objectiu principal ha estat fomentar la cohesi\u00f3 de grup, la pr\u00e0ctica de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica i l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de valors a trav\u00e9s del joc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la Teoria a la Pr\u00e0ctica Dinamitzadora<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte ha estat un camp de proves excel\u00b7lent per a la futura generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;animadors i dinamitzadors socials i esportius:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Desenvolupament de Compet\u00e8ncies:<\/strong> L&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;EAS ha hagut de planificar la log\u00edstica, gestionar els espais, adaptar les activitats segons les necessitats dels participants i avaluar l&#8217;impacte de les seves intervencions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impacte Social i Emocional:<\/strong> Mitjan\u00e7ant el joc i l&#8217;esport, s&#8217;han refor\u00e7at habilitats socials essencials entre els alumnes de l&#8217;Escola Rel, com el <em>treball en equip<\/em>, el <em>respecte<\/em> i la <em>resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Ha estat la millor manera d&#8217;entendre que l&#8217;animaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s fer esport, sin\u00f3 utilitzar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica com a eina d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 i aprenentatge social. Veure la participaci\u00f3 i els somriures dels nens ha estat la nostra millor avaluaci\u00f3&#8221;<\/strong>, ha destacat un estudiant de 2n d&#8217;EAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un Model de Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 Sostenible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els centres educatius han subratllat la import\u00e0ncia de crear aquests espais d&#8217;interacci\u00f3. La direcci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Escola Rel ha lloat la professionalitat i l&#8217;energia de l&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;EAS, que ha aportat una visi\u00f3 fresca i molt ben preparada a les din\u00e0miques escolars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest projecte reeixit refor\u00e7a el comprom\u00eds de l&#8217;Institut Vall d&#8217;Hebron i l&#8217;Escola Rel amb un model d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica i comunit\u00e0ria. Ambd\u00f3s centres esperen repetir i ampliar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el futur per continuar oferint experi\u00e8ncies d&#8217;aprenentatge significatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
