{"id":15626,"date":"2026-01-16T12:25:52","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T11:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvallhebron\/?p=15626"},"modified":"2026-01-16T12:25:53","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T11:25:53","slug":"reflexio-sobre-el-dret-a-lhabitatge-a-4t-deso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvallhebron\/general\/reflexio-sobre-el-dret-a-lhabitatge-a-4t-deso\/","title":{"rendered":"Reflexi\u00f3 sobre el dret a l\u2019habitatge a 4t d\u2019ESO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El passat 26 de novembre, l\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO va rebre la visita d\u2019una companya del <strong>Sindicat de Llogateres<\/strong>, que va compartir amb els i les estudiants una xerrada sobre les <strong>dificultats d\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019habitatge<\/strong> en l\u2019actualitat. Durant la sessi\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 va explicar la seva experi\u00e8ncia personal arran d\u2019un desnonament, oferint un testimoni directe i colpidor sobre aquesta problem\u00e0tica social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta activitat s\u2019emmarca dins de l\u2019assignatura de <strong>Projecte de 4t d\u2019ESO<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat est\u00e0 desenvolupant un projecte d\u2019arquitectura anomenat <strong>HOME<\/strong>, centrat en la reflexi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019habitatge, l\u2019espai i el dret a viure dignament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Adam El Moufid, alumne de 4t d\u2019ESO, ho explica aix\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;El dia 26\/11 va venir la Isi, una dona que va explicar que va passar al seu edifici. Una empresa va comprar el seu edifici i va voler fer fora a tots els habitants d\u2019aquell edifici per despr\u00e9s vendre els pisos per molt m\u00e9s del que valen (especulaci\u00f3). Ens va explicar que van anar al sindicat de llogateres, i despr\u00e9s de moltes assemblees i de fer-ho p\u00fablic, van aconseguir quedar-se a l&#8217;edifici per una mica m\u00e9s de qu\u00e8 pagaven, per\u00f2 van aconseguir quedar-se.<br>Ens van dir que estaven lluitant per aconseguir frenar l&#8217;especulaci\u00f3 i fer l\u2019habitatge un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s accessible.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La xerrada va generar un espai de reflexi\u00f3 i debat molt enriquidor entre l\u2019alumnat, que va poder connectar el projecte <strong>HOME<\/strong> amb una realitat social present i propera.
