Disposem de la carta \u201cECHE\u201d Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021-2027 i col\u00b7laborem amb pa\u00efsos com Finl\u00e0ndia, It\u00e0lia, Holanda, Est\u00f2nia i Portugal, facilitant diferents estades i intercanvis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvallhebron\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu893\/2024\/10\/Eche.jpg\" width=\"524\" height=\"212\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>AJUTS i BEQUES<\/b><b> alumnat<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Institut Vall d\u2019Hebron oferta als estudiants <\/span><b>estades de pr\u00e0ctiques professionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, per realitzar part del m\u00f2dul d\u2019 estada a l\u2019empresa del curr\u00edculum de cada cicle formatiu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nombre de beques i import dels ajuts varia en cada convocat\u00f2ria depenent dels pressupostos europeus, destinacions i fonts de finan\u00e7ament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Funcions de l\u2019Institut Vall d\u2019Hebron: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">com entitat sol\u00b7licitant i gestora de la subvenci\u00f3 europea concedida, s\u2019encarrega de gestionar l\u2019enviament, el pagament de les beques aix\u00ed com de la justificaci\u00f3 documental. \u00c9s l\u2019\u00f2rgan encarregat de la dinamitzaci\u00f3 de la Mobilitat Internacional, difusi\u00f3 de la convocat\u00f2ria, sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i motivaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat del centre, aix\u00ed com de la selecci\u00f3 dels participants i posterior seguiment i reconeixement de les estades a nivell curricular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Funcions dels socis internacionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (institucions o empreses) s\u2019encarreguen, de facilitar el lloc de pr\u00e0ctiques en l\u2019empresa d\u2019acollida i, en alguns casos proporcionar l\u2019allotjament, a m\u00e9s de dur a terme el seguiment de les pr\u00e0ctiques amb coordinaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019Institut Vall d\u2019Hebron.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>OBJECTE DE LA BECA\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La beca inclou:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica, ling\u00fc\u00edstica i cultural si escau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acollida i seguiment de l\u2019alumnat al pa\u00eds de destinaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 de les estades per part de l\u2019Institut Vall d\u2019Hebron.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajut econ\u00f2mic que varia depenent del pressupostos europeus, destinaci\u00f3 i d\u2019altres fonts de finan\u00e7ament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitar una empresa al pa\u00eds de destinaci\u00f3, d\u2019acord amb el perfil professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estada de pr\u00e0ctiques professionals a l\u2019estranger de com a m\u00ednim 20 dies per al grau mitj\u00e0 i 30 per el grau superior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>REQUISITS PER PARTICIPAR EN LA CONVOCAT\u00d2RIA<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser alumne\/a matriculat a l\u2019Institut vall d\u2019Hebron.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenir la nacionalitat d\u2019un dels pa\u00efsos participants en el programa Erasmus + o b\u00e9 ser-ne resident permanent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenir coneixement suficient d\u2019angl\u00e8s o d\u2019un idioma de la UE, que sigui llengua vehicular del pa\u00eds d\u2019acollida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aportar la documentaci\u00f3 en el termini establert (abans, durant i despr\u00e9s de l\u2019estada).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceptar i signar la declaraci\u00f3 de responsabilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>SOL\u00b7LICITUD <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sol\u00b7licituds que no hagin enviat tota la documentaci\u00f3 en els terminis establerts es consideraran excloses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>OBERT<\/strong><\/span> <strong>el termini per a noves sol\u00b7licituds d&#8217;alumnat<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>AFE<\/strong> Activitats F\u00edsiques: Setembre-Octubre. Data l\u00edmit de presentaci\u00f3 <strong>3 de desembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Documentaci\u00f3 requerida en el moment de fer la sol\u00b7licitud:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvallhebron\/fitxa-sollicitud-alumnat\/\"><b>Fitxa de sol\u00b7licitud<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/europass\/es\"><b>Curr\u00edculum Vitae EUROPASS<\/b><\/a> en la llengua del pa\u00eds de l\u2019estada o angl\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">En cas d\u2019haver sigut beneficiari de la beca MEC per estudis durant el curs acad\u00e8mic anterior al que es far\u00e0 la mobilitat, cal que adjuntis la <strong>Credencial<\/strong> rebuda pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat com a beneficiari.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Carta de presentaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enviar a internacional@insvallhebron.cat i posar c\u00f2pia al tutor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sol\u00b7licituds, acompanyades de la documentaci\u00f3 corresponent requerida (CV Europass), s\u2019hauran de presentar en la forma i els terminis establerts en cada convocat\u00f2ria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>PROC\u00c9S DE SELECCI\u00d3\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primera fase de selecci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019equip docent valorar\u00e0 el grau d\u2019autonomia, sociabilitat, participaci\u00f3, esfor\u00e7 i compliment dels candidats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tutor\/a de l\u2019alumne\/a aportar\u00e0 el registre d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies injustificades, incid\u00e8ncies i possibles sancions disciplin\u00e0ries, que restaran a la puntuaci\u00f3 anterior, segons barem.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segona fase de selecci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expedient acad\u00e8mic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivell de comprensi\u00f3 i expressi\u00f3 de l\u2019idioma de la UE requerit, a c\u00e0rrec del professorat de Lleng\u00fces estrangeres o altre professorat qualificat. <\/span><b>En el cas que es detecti un nivell insuficient per participar en la mobilitat, l\u2019alumne\/a ser\u00e0 excl\u00f2s del proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">BAREM\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valoraci\u00f3 actitud i aprofitament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registre d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies i sancions disciplin\u00e0ries (puntuaci\u00f3 negativa).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expedient acad\u00e8mic: mitjana de qualificacions de 1r curs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivell d\u2019idioma.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrevista + documents. No haver gaudit d\u2019una beca similar amb anterioritat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>PROCEDIMENT, COMISSI\u00d3 DE MOBILITAT I PUBLICITAT<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Comissi\u00f3 de Mobilitat certificar\u00e0 la resoluci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3 per a cada una\u00a0 de les estades de la convocat\u00f2ria. Les beques disponibles seran assignades en funci\u00f3 de\u00a0 la relaci\u00f3 ordenada de persones baremades. Hi ha un nombre de beques reservades per a cada cicle formatiu en funci\u00f3 de la disponibilitat de cada soci d\u2019acollida. Si hi ha beques sense adjudicar en una estada, es poden reconvertir en beques per a una altra estada. Les persones de la llista baremada no benefici\u00e0ries d\u2019ajut romandran com a reserva en cas de possibles ren\u00fancies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El fet d\u2019incomplir la normativa de centre o de cometre alguna falta de conviv\u00e8ncia establerta al centre educatiu o al lloc de l\u2019estada, ser\u00e0 motiu suficient per que la comissi\u00f3 de mobilitat juntament amb la direcci\u00f3 del centre reconsideri l\u2019adjudicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estada i l\u2019ajut concedit.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>CONDICIONS DE PARTICIPACI\u00d3 EN L\u2019ESTADA\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat beneficiari haur\u00e0 de gestionar i posar a disposici\u00f3 del centre la seg\u00fcent documentaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>a) Abans de l\u2019estada:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curr\u00edculum Europass (en angl\u00e8s o llengua del pa\u00eds de l\u2019estada). <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/europass\/es\"><b>Curr\u00edculum Vitae EUROPASS<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Carta de presentaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signatura i aprovaci\u00f3 dels documents Erasmus:<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conveni de subvenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acord de formaci\u00f3 \u201cLearning agreement\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autoritzaci\u00f3 cessi\u00f3 de drets d\u2019imatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Declaraci\u00f3 de responsabilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optatiu: tramesa del test de nivell inicial de la <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/erasmusplusols.eu\/\"><b>Plataforma OLS Erasmus+<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signatura i aprovaci\u00f3 de documentaci\u00f3 Qbid:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acord de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pla d\u2019activitats<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Targeta sanit\u00e0ria europea (TSE).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>b) Durant l\u2019estada:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enviament de les targetes d\u2019embarcament a l\u2019institut, via email, just despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver-les tramitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguiment i cust\u00f2dia dels documents signats pel soci d\u2019acollida i que s\u2019han de retornar a l\u2019institut.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enviament al coordinador\/a de l\u2019estada, complint els terminis indicats, del \u201cDiari de l\u2019estada\u201d, amb la descripci\u00f3 del dia a dia, que despr\u00e9s formar\u00e0 part de la mem\u00f2ria.
