{"id":5235,"date":"2022-06-28T09:40:53","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T07:40:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/?p=5235"},"modified":"2022-09-12T13:03:03","modified_gmt":"2022-09-12T11:03:03","slug":"carta-a-les-families-assemblea-professorat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/portada\/carta-a-les-families-assemblea-professorat\/","title":{"rendered":"Carta a les Fam\u00edlies &#8211; Assemblea Professorat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1h2XHYJhIhoj5VcYqmDZEFMDfTmdVhsoA\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5236\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1271\/2022\/06\/CartaAssembleaJuny2022.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1271\/2022\/06\/CartaAssembleaJuny2022.png 1600w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1271\/2022\/06\/CartaAssembleaJuny2022-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1271\/2022\/06\/CartaAssembleaJuny2022-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1271\/2022\/06\/CartaAssembleaJuny2022-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesvalles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1271\/2022\/06\/CartaAssembleaJuny2022-1536x864.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Benvolgudes fam\u00edlies,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com sabeu, durant el darrer trimestre d\u2019aquest curs el professorat de Catalunya s\u2019ha manifestat amb l\u2019objectiu de <strong>revertir totes les retallades<\/strong> que pateix l\u2019escola p\u00fablica des de fa anys.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 han volgut reduir la problem\u00e0tica a l\u2019avan\u00e7ament del calendari escolar, us assegurem que la disputa t\u00e9 arrels molt m\u00e9s profundes i que la reacci\u00f3 dels i les docents del nostre pa\u00eds ha estat, com a m\u00ednim, proporcionada a l\u2019atac que l\u2019escola p\u00fablica fa tants anys que rep.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Alhora, denunciem que el Departament ha aprovat <strong>un nou curr\u00edculum i un nou calendari sense di\u00e0leg i sense consens<\/strong>, amb unes mesures que no van ser aprovades ni pel Consell Escolar ni consultades als sindicats que ens representen, amb unes formes autorit\u00e0ries que, per descomptat, no haurien de tenir cabuda en un estat democr\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i les nostres peticions de disminuir el nombre d\u2019alumnes per aula, de no modificar els curr\u00edculums i els calendaris sense consens, de desplegar el decret d\u2019inclusi\u00f3, d\u2019augmentar la inversi\u00f3 per poder atendre els nostres fills com cal (Catalunya inverteix en educaci\u00f3 un 3,6% del PIB, lluny encara del 4,2% del conjunt d\u2019Espanya o del 4,6% de la UE), del blindatge de la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica, etc., ens trobem sense resposta i sentim que el nostre sistema educatiu es debilita cada cop m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El motiu pel qual us enviem aquesta carta \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 creiem que heu de saber que <strong>la manca d\u2019inversi\u00f3 est\u00e0 precaritzant tamb\u00e9 la situaci\u00f3 del nostre centre<\/strong>. A continuaci\u00f3, us exposem algunes de les dificultats amb les quals ens trobem, o amb les que ens trobarem a partir del curs vinent:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Des de fa tres anys (el curs vinent seran quatre) <strong>el departament ha augmentat un grup per curs a l\u2019ESO<\/strong>, afegint en aquest per\u00edode de temps 120 alumnes m\u00e9s a l\u2019institut <strong>sense compensar-ho amb prou espais<\/strong> (aules, lavabos, patis, tallers&#8230;)<strong> ni amb m\u00e9s docents<\/strong>. El fet de no tenir m\u00e9s espais ha provocat que s\u2019eliminin tallers i laboratoris; el fet que no ens hagin dotat del personal docent necessari implicar\u00e0 la reducci\u00f3 de cinc a quatre grups als nivells de 3r i 4t d\u2019ESO i, per tant, les tutories passaran a ser, com a m\u00ednim, de trenta alumnes. Aquest fet no nom\u00e9s reduir\u00e0 la qualitat educativa, sin\u00f3 que dificultar\u00e0 molt l\u2019atenci\u00f3 individualitzada que molts dels nostres estudiants necessiten. Mentrestant, a batxillerat, treballem amb unes r\u00e0tios que aquest curs han arribat a ser de trenta-set en algunes assignatures especifiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>En relaci\u00f3 amb el punt anterior, l\u2019<strong>escassa dotaci\u00f3 de recursos per al tractament de la diversitat<\/strong>, que ja arrosseguem des de fa anys, ser\u00e0 encara m\u00e9s evident amb l\u2019augment de les r\u00e0tios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>La poca inversi\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 afecta les nostres infraestructures; el fet de continuar impartint les <strong>classes de batxillerat en barracons<\/strong>, en s\u00f3n bon exemple, com tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s que, en plena onada de calor, <strong>les nostres aules no tenen<\/strong> <strong>cap sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3 (amb excepci\u00f3 dels barracons),<\/strong> m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de comptar, amb sort, d\u2019un ventilador per a tota l\u2019aula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 volem denunciar que, tot i que al setembre comencem un nou curr\u00edculum de batxillerat, amb noves mat\u00e8ries i noves metodologies, el Departament nom\u00e9s ens ha donat un t\u00edtol per \u201cajudar-nos\u201d a construir algunes d\u2019aquestes noves assignatures, i <strong>cap formaci\u00f3 per dur a terme aquests canvis tan profunds<\/strong>. Com podeu imaginar, de la nova Selectivitat tampoc en sabem res, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019anunci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a docents podem estar d\u2019acord en moltes de les q\u00fcestions que formalment planteja el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, com l\u2019ensenyament competencial o la inclusi\u00f3, per\u00f2 la manca de formaci\u00f3 i recursos (humans i materials) fan molt dif\u00edcil d\u2019aplicar aquestes transformacions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tot el que s&#8217;ha exposat en aquesta carta, us convidem a lluitar aferrissadament a favor de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i tamb\u00e9 a unir-vos a les futures manifestacions del professorat que, de segur, protagonitzaran l\u2019entrada del curs 2022-2023. <strong>Accedir a una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat no ha de ser un luxe d\u2019uns pocs, sin\u00f3 un dret per a tothom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cordialment,<\/p>\n<p
