La <\/span><b>reversi\u00f3 d\u2019anys de retallades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s imprescindible per reduir les r\u00e0tios d\u2019alumnes per aula, incrementar el personal d\u2019atenci\u00f3 directa a l\u2019alumnat, augmentar l\u2019oferta d\u2019FP p\u00fablica, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens oposem a la manera de fer del conseller d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, que actua <\/span><b>sense tenir en compte a la comunitat educativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens oposem al <\/span><b>nou curr\u00edculum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que s\u2019anuncia a quatre mesos de que acabi el curs, s\u2019imposa sense di\u00e0leg i amb la intenci\u00f3 de posar-lo en marxa al setembre. Aquest nou curr\u00edculum suposa canvis substancials: assignatures que desapareixen, altres que redueixen les seves hores&#8230; i obre la porta al fet que el professorat hagi d\u2019impartir mat\u00e8ries que no s\u00f3n de la seva especialitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No ens oposem a l\u2019avan\u00e7ament del calendari escolar en si mateix, sin\u00f3 al fet que se\u2019ns redueixi el <\/span><b>temps per organitzar el curs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> precisament en un moment en qu\u00e8 haurem d\u2019afrontar molts canvis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exigim l\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 del personal inter\u00ed. L\u2019<\/span><b>estabilitat de les plantilles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s sin\u00f2nim de qualitat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demanem l\u2019assumpci\u00f3 de responsabilitat del Departament en la <\/span><b>defensa de la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i cobertura legal de tot el personal dels centres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens hi juguem molt. La nostra lluita \u00e9s la lluita de tots i totes en defensa d\u2019una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat.
