Work culture (reliability, diligence\/accuracy of work, realistic self-assessment, ability to take criticism, ability to work in a team, willingness to perform).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studenrts will stand up for their values and convictions and strengthen their civic competences by talking, discussing, arguing and fighting with people from all conceivable backgrounds.
